Structure and technical characteristics of stainless steel flexible hoses

The product (also known as braided corrugated hoses or metal flexible hoses) consists of a core made of a corrugated stainless steel tube (stainless steel 304 or 316) with seamless corrugations, ensuring gas tightness and flexible bending. The exterior is covered with one or multiple layers of tightly woven stainless steel braids, serving to reinforce pressure. Both ends of the hose are securely welded with connecting types such as threads, unions, flanges, or stub ends depending on the customer's technical requirements. The hose does not age over time like rubber hoses, while withstanding high temperatures and offering excellent corrosion resistance in various fluid environments.

• High-temperature hoses (steam, gas, oil): Specialized products for conveying hot steam, compressed air, LPG gas, gasoline, oil, and hydraulic oil. For harsh chemical environments, PTFE flexible hoses with stainless steel braids are the ideal choice due to their superior chemical resistance.
• Braided corrugated hoses: Fabricated to requested lengths or supplied in coils, offering flexible adaptation to tight installation spaces.
